North Las Vegas Airport is owned and operated by the Clark County Department of Airports.  It  original opened on December 7th, 1941 and at one time was owned by the eccentric aviator Howard Hughes.   The airport has 3 runways, 12R/30L 5,000 ft long, by 75 ft wide, 12L/30R,  4202  ft long by 75 ft wide and runway 7/25 5004 ft by 75 ft wide, all three runways are paved.  It can be found on the Las Vegas Terminal Chart or the Las Vegas Sectional Aeronautical Chart.  The three letter identifier for North Las Vegas is KVGT.
