Aircraft Rental Requirements: Currency and Proficiency will be reviewed at time of Check ride. A recurrent check ride is required if you do not have retract gear time within the past 45 days; and 90 days for fixed gear aircraft time. Your total hourly times will be secondary to currency and proficiency. Safety is our first concern.
 
Note: All dual must be flown with West Air Aviation Instructors..
Cessna 150, 172 Private Pilot Rating & Check ride.
Piper Arrow Private Pilot Rating, 125 Total Time, 25 Hours R/G or 5 Hours of Dual, & Check ride.
Commander 114 Private Pilot Rating, 125 Total Time, 25 Hours R/G or 5 Hours of Dual, & Check ride.
2004 182T Private Pilot Rating, 125 Total Time, 25 Hours in Type or 4 Hours of Panel Training, 3 Hours dual, & Checkride
Piper Seneca II Instrument Rating, 350 Hours Total Time, 75 Hours ME, 25 Hours in Make & Model or 15 Hours of Dual, & Check ride, (certain limitations on passengers based on ME hours) .
G1000 Aircraft The 4 hour ground course, one hour in the cockpit using a GPU for actual G1000 usage, and a checkride. For those already qualified for the aircraft type, the checkride will be primary for proper usage of the G1000 without assistance from the CFI.
